ICON provides aesthetic, anti-aging, and wellness treatments including but not limited to injectable treatments, laser procedures, body contouring, weight loss programs, hormone optimization, and skincare services. All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals under the supervision of a board-certified physician.

4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified at the time of booking. Prices for treatments are subject to change without notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, refunds are generally not provided for completed treatments. If you have concerns about your treatment results, please contact our office to discuss your options. Unused treatment packages or prepaid services may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Before any treatment, you will be required to sign an informed consent form acknowledging the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives to the proposed treatment. You have the right to ask questions and refuse any treatment at any time.
